Back to the beach

We decided to head back down to Sihanoukville over the weekend for some beach time with the kids - high season is DEFINATELY over as we were the only ones at the resort.  Kids didn't seem to care though - they enjoyed the pool, the food and just about everything down there.  The drive is the best and easiest in Cambodia as well thanks to an American built two lane "highway".  Apparently the King as our goverment to build it to his resort town in the 50's and we complied - it was refurbed in the 70's to help supply our troops during Vietnam and is still great today.  Can't really say the same for any of the Chinese roads which seem to buckle after the first rain...

As you can see they actually have mini golf in Cambodia as well as a Russian mafia owned snake and crocodile zoo complete with a restaurant that serves vodka and borscht.  Eva is seen here marveling at her newly pink nails as well - a first for her!
