Latvia and more

Still slacking on the updates! I suppose I have an excuse as I was in Latvia for a couple weeks working the NATO summit. The Latvians really pulled it off - they basically shut down the entire center of the city for the two days of the conference, and had minute by minute arrivals, departures and meeting appointments with the 26 heads of state that attended. Really amazing. It was a great chance for Vaira Vike to show off, and to showcase how far the Balts have come in the last 15 years.
